The annual Highland Business Women Awards recognise the achievements of women in business across the Highland region. The Awards recognise the significant contribution that women make to all types of businesses and organisations in the area, as well as their contribution to the wider economy.
We're delighted to report that Karen Simpson, Founder or My Primary Tutor has been recognised for the great work she's doing not only in the Highlands region but around the rest of the country. Through her online service, developed during her time on the Pathfinder Accelerator Programme, Karen is doing work that matters. Hundreds of children now benefit from the expert tutoring that Karen and her team deliver.
Since completing the Pathfinder Programme Karen has seen business boom and has increased her team from 3 to 12. Karen has also developed her own leadership skills and is a great example to future female business leaders.
